Threadneedles is designed for flexibility, with our event spaces able to be used for a variety of different occasions. Access to the latest technology make our hotel a popular choice for business needs, while the classic Victorian architecture and contemporary interior design appeals to those needing an elegant, modern venue for a private celebration.

CAPITAL

The Capital Room is our largest space for meetings, suitable for up to 35 guests ‘theatre style’.

The impressive mahogany doors recall Threadneedles’ banking days. The interior feels the same way: wooden panels along the lower walls and a boardroom table in the centre. Modern additions include adjustable dome lighting with a range of settings to suit your mood, an LCD projector and screen, surround sound audio and discreet tabletop power points.

TRADERS

The Traders Room, seating up to eight, is specifically designed for more intimate occasions, be it private interviews, brainstorming or a discreet lunches with colleagues, friends or family. The design highlight is a dominating piece of contemporary art.

STERLING

The Sterling Room is a slightly smaller space than the Capital Room, and is popular for private dining for up to 10 guests. The Threadneedles character is present, with soft cream walls and dark wood panelling. It’s an attractive space, very much designed for productivity, with a plasma screen with laptop connection, plus adjustable dome lighting that allows you to set the mood.

PRIVATE DINING



DOME LOUNGE

The dome lounge is the beating heart of Threadneedles. Located in the former banking hall, its iconic glass dome marks the centrepiece of the hotel. Make a night of networking or a personal celebration one to remember with a drinks reception under the breath taking dome which can be hired in part or exclusively.

BAR & RESTAURANT

Marco Pierre White Wheeler’s of St. James’s Oyster Bar & Grill Room is available for exclusive hire. The restaurant can accommodate up to 90 guests for a sophisticated seated dinner, while restaurant and bar can be combined together for a lavish cocktail party or drinks reception up to 200 people.
